Women's Worship Workout is a non-denominational Christian exercise class that provides both spiritual and physical benefits.These 75- minute classes are suited for all fitness levels. Modifications are shown, so all can work at their own pace. Classes are facilitated by Marina Ekstrom, AFAA Certified Fitness and Step Instructor.I am also a Certified PraiseMoves Instructor.
Aerobics and Strength training classes begin with prayer and a warm up. They continue with aerobics and strength exercises and touch on kick boxing, balance training and pilates, for a complete workout. Or if you prefer take a step and strength training class. All classes are choreographed to uplifting Christian music. Also available in Sept. will be PraiseMoves the Christian alternative to yoga. Increase your flexibility while meditating on the Word of God. One of the biggest benefits of these classes is the encouragement you will receive as you meet with your class each week for prayer, worship and exercise.
